Pros and cons of Charlie - Impress anyone you meet app for iPhone and iPad

Charlie - Impress anyone you meet app good for

A real life companion, CHARLIE is becoming my best friend app. JC founder of URIJI
If you are meeting a new person Charlie can give you some icebreaker ideas.
I am an Account Manager and meet with various (sometimes changing) customers on a regular basis. This app has given me excellent insights to help me stand out and build rapport! While it is not 100% on the info it provides - I do not believe that any app is. I highly recommend Charlie as your new personal assistant!
i tried this product as a recommendation and initially I was scriptural about its abilities and usefulness. boy, was I wrong. this is awesome and creates great efficiency in my life as I am not scrambling to "swat" up on me next victim (sorry prospect) before my meetings. nice job guys on this and worth the download and precious memory space it occupies on my mobile device. thats huge praise by the way.
Getting last minute insights on my prospects and customers prior to meetings is amazing. Only reason I gave a 4, not a 5-star rating is because Id like to see it scale for the +plus iPhone models and possibly integrate to more services. Otherwise awesome!
Ive been using Charlie for almost a year now. It continues to get better and 9 out of 10 times it accurately finds all kinds of information about the company and person/people you are meeting with. They have done an amazing job with this app. It saves me 10-15 minutes of time before every call/demo I do, which adds up to nearly 2 more hours a day that I have to focus on work. Kudos to the team for a great idea. I dont understand how anyone could give this a 1 star rating unless they arent smart enouh to connect their calendar to the app so it can do the research for you.

Some bad moments

When they figure out how to connect LinkedIn then I might look at this app again. As it stands right now, its pretty much garbage. All my business connections are on LinkedIn.
When trying to connect to my Google calendar I get an error message saying the app is not an authorize platform to make an OAuth request. I couldnt even make it through setup :-(
The app only works if you give it access to all of your contacts and calendar. Not only does it need your calendar, the only way it will do what it claims to do, is if your contact is on the invite. Not helpful!
If this app did anything at all, it might be great. If it was at least functional, maybe it would work. If even contacting them about any issues was possible, the app might even have the sense of even having a ground to stand on. The support email doesnt even work to get help for the garbage app. The whole app is garbage, just like the site running it.
Great idea, but it has never worked. I made repeated attempts to contact customer service or support with no answer. If you are not supporting the app anymore, then take it off the App Store.
Cant stand the annoying emails and stupidity of this pos. I show up at the place and try to get rid of the stupid notification and for no reason it takes me to LinkedIn. Im fed up and deleting asap
